- HSSC Documents (Higher Secondary School Certificate)

Documents to bring:
- Passport (original + photocopies)
- National ID Card
- Passport size photos

Go to the nearest police station and tell them you want the report.
Documents to carry with you are:
- Passport (original + photocopies)
- National Id Card
- Passport size photo
Academic Certificate Attestation
First of all, you have to go to the board from where you have completed high school. They will verify your documents and give you an attestation letter.
Now, you have to bring that letter and go to IBCC (The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen).
IBCC is in Islamabad.
IBCC will attest all your documents and give it back to you.
Required Academic Certificates are:
- SSC Documents (Secondary School Certificate)
- HSSC Documents (Higher Secondary School Certificate)
- Other educational documents (if any)
Bank Letter and Bank Statement
You need to show your bank statement to the college. If either you or your parents already have a bank account, then you don’t need to open another account.
If you don’t have, you should open an account in your nearest A-class bank.
When the bank account is in your parent’s name, then it will be easier for you. They won’t ask you many questions. But if the account is on your name, you might need to show your personal income source too.
So I suggest you show your balance from your parent’s account.
Note:
If you are showing balance from your own account, then you won’t have to make an affidavit.
- The minimum bank balance required is 7000 Euros equivalent of Rupees.
- Bank letter and bank certificate will be made within a day.
- The bank details of your college will be provided in the offer letter.
After you get your bank documents from a bank, you have to go to another same bank (different branch) and attest your documents.
Let me make you clear.
Suppose you made your certificate from MCB bank. Now, you have to go to another MCB bank in Islamabad and attest your documents from there. It’s a requirement of foreign affairs.
Affidavit letter
After making the bank statement, you have to make an affidavit letter, only if you are showing money from your parent’s account.
Note:
If you are showing the balance from your own account, then you don’t need to make an affidavit letter.
You can make an affidavit letter from a district-level court. If you are showing your balance from your dad’s account, then your dad also has to go with you.
If you are getting confused, just go to the court, and they will help you understand everything clearly.
It costs around 500 Rs to make an affidavit letter.
Documents to take:
- Bank Statement and documents
- National ID Card
- Passport
- Photos
Notary Public
In simple terms, Notary Public means stamping your documents from the court and verifying its authenticity.
You have to bring the following documents with you:
- Bank Letter
- Bank Statement
- Affidavit letter
- Passport (original + Photocopies)
- Other legal documents (If any)
They will charge around 500 Rs for this.
Verification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
After you prepare all the above documents, you have to verify those from the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs.
It is located in Islamabad.
The charge for stamping will depend upon the documents.
It takes around 500 Rs.
Documents to bring:
- Academic attested documents
- Police Report
- Bank letter and Statement
- Affidavit Letter
- National ID Card
- Passport
- Other academic or legal documents (if any)
Documents Submission on Cyprus Consulate
Your documentation is almost finished now. After you verify all your certificates from the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, you have to take them to the Cyprus Consulate.
They will take 350 Rs for each document.
So, the total charge depends upon the number of papers you have.

Visa approval and arrival
After you send the scanned documents to the college, you will have to wait for some days.
If you are eligible for the student visa, they will send you an email. They will also give you the interview date.
Before the interview, you have to submit your passport to the Cyprus Consulate.
Eventually, after the interview, if you are selected, they will provide you a visa.
Cyprus Consulate will call you to visit them.
