A cover letter is an essential document you should prepare while applying for the Poland Employment National visa. Along with all the other documents, the cover letter should also be presented in the Embassy.
As it’s in the name, a cover letter is a letter covering your purpose and intention of going to Poland. I have seen many visas being rejected because they didn’t have a proper cover letter to support their documents.
Yes, I know. All your documents are genuine and authentic, but if you don’t have a cover letter, there is a higher chance you won’t get a visa. What you have written in the cover letter matters the most to the Embassy.
Do you want to get your visa rejected just because your cover letter wasn’t fulfilling? I don’t think so.
Today in this article, I will guide you through how you should write a cover letter for a Poland work visa.
Things to mention in the cover letter
As I said above, what you write in the cover letter is very important, and it matters a lot.
A cover letter shouldn’t be very long. Indeed, it should be short and sweet. If you can mention many details in a short cover letter, it would have a good impact on the Visa Officer.
Here are some of the details you should mention in your cover letter.
- Your name
- Passport Number
- Citizenship Number
- Destination Country (Poland)
- Sponsored by which company
- Company address
- Visa Duration
- Job title, Job description
- Travel Itinerary Plans
- Travel Medical Insurance details
